By downloading, accessing, or using Nora & You (“the App”), provided by Navidani Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to abide by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).

2. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Nora & You.
• The App is designed to provide emotional support for women experiencing fertility challenges, including trying to conceive, pregnancy after loss, IVF journeys, and miscarriage recovery.
• Nora & You provides CBT-based emotional wellness tools and should not replace professional medical, psychological, or fertility treatment.
• If you are experiencing severe mental health symptoms or thoughts of self-harm, please contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional immediately.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Use of the App

• You agree to use Nora & You only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• The App provides CBT-based emotional support tools including guided breathing exercises, structured journaling prompts, affirmations, and educational content.
• You acknowledge these features are not for clinical diagnosis, medical treatment, or fertility medical advice.
• A trial period is available before subscription commitment, as detailed in your app store listing.

5. Content Ownership

All content in Nora & You, including text, audio, visuals, and software, is owned or licensed by Navidani Ltd. and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. User-Generated Content

• Users may create private journal entries and personal affirmations.
• All user-generated content remains private and is not shared without your explicit consent.
• You retain ownership of your content and grant us a technical license to store, secure, and display it to you.
• We do not access or analyze journal entries for any purpose beyond providing functionality.
• You can delete your content at any time via the App settings.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7A. Data Protection

• We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
• You may access, correct, delete, or export your data via App settings or by contacting us.
• Data is retained only as long as needed for services or legal obligations.
• In the event of a data breach, we will notify you within 72 hours where required by law.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Do not use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the App.
• Do not create or share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.

9. Subscription and Payment

• Nora & You offers subscription-based services with fees shown in the app.
• All payments are handled via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Billing, cancellation, and refunds follow the respective app store policies.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled via app store account settings.
• Feature access continues until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation.

10. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
• You may terminate your account at any time via the App or by contacting us.
• Cancel subscriptions via your app store account settings.
• We will delete your data within 30 days of termination unless legally required to retain it.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

• The App is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.
• Consult qualified professionals for medical, fertility, or mental health issues.
• Navidani Ltd.’s liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
• We are not liable for decisions made based on the App’s content.
• Use is at your own risk; all warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the App or email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
